Our Approach

At the executive level (vice president, general managers, head of department) we use our subject matter expertise to:

• Assess the strategic goals, assets, systems and operating strategy.
• Assist in developing a business case.
• Develop strategies and an implementation plan to incorporate iAPM into the organisation.
• Define suitable operating models; identify stakeholders and processes that must be in place to integrate a sustainable, supportable iAPM solution into the organisation.
• Introduce the concept into all levels of the organisation including delivery of Proof of Concept applications.
